Ordering and delivery
What does Business Land Trading supply?
Pharmaceutical packaging materials (Alu Alu cold form foil, PTP blister foil, printed blister foil, gold foil, PVC and PVC/PVDC film, food foil and sachet laminates), rotogravure, sachet and offset printing, and pharmaceutical machinery for processing and packing.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Yes. We supply pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and food manufacturers across Pakistan. Share your city on WhatsApp and we will confirm delivery for your order.
Do you provide a sales tax invoice?
Yes. A sales tax invoice is available with every order.
How do I get a price for a product or machine?
Tap the WhatsApp button on the product page. The message already names the product; add your required size, thickness or capacity and quantity, and we reply with rates and availability.
Can you slit foil and film to my machine width?
Yes. Tell us your machine model and web width and we supply rolls slit to size, usually on 76 mm cores.
Can I get a sample or COA before ordering?
Certificates of analysis are available for our Alu Alu foil and other materials. Ask on WhatsApp for the COA or a sample for your trial.
Do you print our brand on blister foil and sachets?
Yes. We print blister foil, gold foil, food foil and sachet laminates by rotogravure from your artwork, with a proof for approval before production.
Where do your machines come from?
Our machinery range comes from established pharmaceutical machine manufacturers in China that we work with directly. Confirm the configuration, documents and installation scope for each machine when you request a quote.
Can I visit your plant?
Yes, you are welcome to visit, meet our team and see our manufacturing and printing facility. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a time.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes. Our facility holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates.
Materials
What is the difference between Alu Alu foil and blister foil?
Alu Alu foil is the forming web that makes the cavities. Blister (lidding) foil is the flat foil that seals the pack shut. An Alu Alu pack uses both: cold form foil for the base and PTP blister foil as the lid.
Which thickness should I order?
160 micron is the standard for most tablets and capsules. Deeper cavities or large softgels may need a thicker aluminium layer. Send your cavity size or a sample pack on WhatsApp and we will recommend the structure.
Can you slit Alu Alu foil to my machine width?
Yes. Tell us your blister machine model and web width, and we supply rolls slit to size on a 76 mm core.
Will your blister foil seal on my PVC film?
Yes, as long as the lacquer is matched to the base film. Tell us whether you run PVC, PVC/PVDC or Alu Alu and your sealing temperature, and we supply the matching lacquer.
Which thickness is right for push-through packs?
20 µm and 25 µm hard-temper foil are standard for push-through blisters. Child-resistant or peel-push packs use special structures, which we can source on request.
What do you need from us to start printing?
Your approved artwork (PDF or AI), the blister pitch and web width of your machine, the base film type and the colour references. We return a proof for approval before the cylinders are made.
Can you match our existing pack colours?
Yes. Share a printed sample or Pantone references and we match the shade during the proof stage.
When should I use PVDC-coated film instead of plain PVC?
Plain PVC is fine for stable products. If your tablet absorbs moisture or needs a longer shelf life in humid conditions, PVC/PVDC or Alu Alu gives a much higher barrier.
Which PVDC coat weight do I need?
It depends on how hygroscopic the product is and the shelf life you need. 40 gsm suits mildly sensitive products; 60 and 90 gsm are for higher protection. Share your product and target shelf life and we will suggest a grade.
Can you print on gold blister foil?
Yes. We print text and logos over the gold lacquer by rotogravure. Send your artwork and preferred shade.
Do you print food foil in small quantities?
Minimum quantities depend on the number of colours and cylinder size. Send your artwork and monthly volume on WhatsApp and we will advise.
Which laminate is best for ORS sachets?
ORS absorbs moisture, so a foil laminate such as PET/AL/PE is the usual choice. We can confirm the structure once we know your sachet size and machine.
