Rigid PVC is the most widely used forming film for tablet and capsule blisters. It thermoforms easily, seals well with standard PTP foil and keeps the product visible.

Questions about PVC Blister Film
When should I use PVDC-coated film instead of plain PVC?
Plain PVC is fine for stable products. If your tablet absorbs moisture or needs a longer shelf life in humid conditions, PVC/PVDC or Alu Alu gives a much higher barrier.
