PVDC coating on PVC film cuts water vapour and oxygen transmission many times over, while keeping the forming speed and transparency of PVC. It is the practical middle ground between plain PVC and Alu Alu.
We supply duplex (PVC/PVDC) and triplex (PVC/PE/PVDC) films in clear and amber, with the coat weight chosen for your product's moisture sensitivity.

Which PVDC coat weight do I need?
It depends on how hygroscopic the product is and the shelf life you need. 40 gsm suits mildly sensitive products; 60 and 90 gsm are for higher protection. Share your product and target shelf life and we will suggest a grade.
