We have printed on aluminium foil for pharmaceutical brand owners since 2005. Rotogravure, slitting and inspection happen in our own facility in Lahore.
Rotogravure engraves the image into a metal cylinder, so every repeat prints the same. It is the right process for blister foil, food foil and sachet laminates where small text must stay sharp and colour must not drift over thousands of metres.
A sachet has to seal fast, protect what is inside and sell the product on a crowded shelf. We print and supply laminate rolls built for exactly that.
A finished medicine pack is more than the blister. We arrange offset printing for the unit cartons, package inserts and labels that go with your blister foil, so the whole pack matches.
Foil, film and inks are received against the order.
Incoming material is held and tested before release.

Released material is issued to printing, laminating or slitting.
Print, registration and seal properties are checked during the run.
Finished rolls are inspected, labelled and packed.
Rolls are delivered with documents and a sales tax invoice.
